In this meditation retreat, we will explore the innermost realms by using Swami Muktananda’s revelations about his deepest meditative experiences.
Swami Nirmalananda says,
My Baba explained inner experiences that were previously given only in veiled language. His sharing of these profound teachings led the way for us to find our way inward.
Additionally, he mapped the cosmos for us in the bindus (which he called “pearls”) you can see as you delve through your physical body, to your subtle, causal and supra-causal levels. We have a whole week to follow this map together.
Sweet and deep meditation periods are interspersed through the day. They are punctuated by the tools long used by yogis to take care of body and mind: yoga poses, breathing practices and chanting. It is all based in the Ashram’s daily schedule, beginning with Shree Guru Gita every morning, followed by Gurudevi’s Meditation Club.
Best of all, Gurudevi will share Baba’s map of Consciousness, the one he discovered in his inward expansion and the one he lived his life by. Bit by bit, the wonders of Consciousness are revealed within, under Baba’s guidance through Gurudevi’s words.
