Your meditations will improve with each of these programs you attend. However, the reason they are included in your certification for Leading Group Meditations is so you can learn how to support different types of students.
Learn how to truly hear students' questions and concerns by watching your teacher. She has a consistent and supportive response - to listen deeply and to reassure them that the process is working. She understands that the process is supported by Guru's Grace, though it shows up differently in different people. Even their difficulties are part of the inner clearing that makes space for the bliss of Consciousness.
Each program brings different people together, so you attend three in order to hear many questions from many types of people. Hearing their questions and your teacher's answers will help you with your meditation problems, and support you in learning how to help others. Plus the group meditation at the end is another opportunity to learn, only now you are learning from within.
